White Chocolate Christmas Fudge

This deliciously festive White Chocolate Christmas Fudge recipe looks and tastes great!

Ingredients

  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 200g caster sugar
  • 100g unsalted butter, chopped
  • 300g white chocolate, chopped
  • 150g candy canes

Method

Grease and line a slice pan extending paper on long sides to create handles.

Place the condensed milk, sugar and butter in a medium saucepan. Cook and stir over a low heat for 4-5 minutes until butter has melted, sugar has dissolved and it is well combined.

Add the chopped white chocolate and cook and stir for a further 4-5 minutes until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat.

Add two-thirds of the chopped Candy Canes and mix until well combined. Pour fudge mix into prepared pan. Sprinkle the remaining Candy Cane pieces over the top of the fudge.

Cover the pan with plastic food wrap and chill for over 4 hours until set. Cut into pieces and enjoy your White Chocolate Christmas Fudge!
