To make these tempting Peanut Butter, Pretzel & Chocolate Slices, you will need:
- 150g unsalted butter, melted
- 200g peanut butter
- 180g pretzels
- 120g icing sugar
- 200g milk or dark chocolate, roughly chopped
- 40g extra peanut butter
Grease and line a 18cm x 28cm slice pan with baking paper.
Crush pretzels in a food processor, so you have a mixture of fine and chunky pieces.
Place melted butter into a large mixing bowl, add peanut butter, pretzels and icing sugar and stir until well combine. Pour mixture into slice pan and smooth to edges. Set aside.
Place the chocolate and extra peanut butter in a medium heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (make sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water).
Stir occasionally with a metal spoon until the chocolate is melted. Pour the chocolate over the top of the pretzel slice and smooth to edges.
Place in fridge for 45 minutes to 1 hour until set.
Lift slice from pan and cut into pieces using a knife. Enjoy!
