Felicity Spector

Felicity Spector has worked in national television journalism for 24 years, covering everything from the Velvet Revolution in Prague in 1968 to the inauguration of President Obama, but has combined her day job with an increasing interest in food writing in her spare time. She first managed to combine her obsession with American politics with a passion for food when she lived in the US during her mid-career master’s degree at Harvard, seeking out the best New York bagels and the finest San Francisco sourdough. Over the last six years she has been a judge for the Great Taste Awards and the World Cheese Awards – and has worked her way through her fair share of brownies and chocolate desserts along the way. She’s been privileged to meet loads of fabulous producers, food writers and chefs - all the more reason to tell their stories and get involved in what they do.
