		<description>It is interesting, but I'm not sure I'd be willing to give it a try. I had some pine sap candy a while back and wasn't crazy about it, and cedar sap tends to have a even more intense aroma.</description>

What a clever idea though, seriously - we add woodsmoke flavours to all kinds of food and even notice stuff like oak in wine, so why not the sap to chocolate?</description>
