When I tried the cinnamon, the grainy texture let me know it was real, not some random flavouring.
Thoroughly recommend the Sea Salt Artisan bar – my favourite chocolate ever.

I worked at Rococo in the mid 1980′s, they were using the wrapping back then, it’s a lovely design. The shop is still at 321, Kings Road, Chelsea, London. You can check out the other flavours of their artisan bars at: http://www.rococochocolates.com (Waitrose only does a limited selection). The owner, Chantal Coady, was great to work for and gave me my love of fine chocolate. Happy tasting!

I kind of liked the grainy texture – but then again, I’m the girl who likes biting into cocoa nibs, coffee bits and all that, too, so no surprise there. Love the creamy, soft taste. The packaging is a tad weird, but it surely does attract attention.

A quick Google search revealed that Rococo is also an eighteenth century French art and design style, with “scrolls, foliage, and animal forms.” Interesting to pair that with chocolate; the packaging definately has a unique look.
