Roast almond is sitting here at the moment. 36% cocoa and yet it tastes a lot richer. Maybe its the almonds, or maybe i’m a cocoa novice!

I adore good Turkish delight and love anything rose-flavoured (future article on Haigh’s rose cremes will be done someday). However I reckon that rose would go even better with DARK chocolate rather than milk – counteracting the sweetness and heightening the perfume perhaps. Still the chocolate here still sounds pretty special though.

We had one of these at Xmas. I was going to review it but it slipped my mind (and it wasn’t mine anyway!)
Good stuff, if you like slightly sweeter milk choc.
