In addition, do not taste it alone, try to have two (2) or three (3) volunteers to help you with the tasting process. It will go a long way to help you come up with a more objective conclusion than a subjective one. I was told by Ghanaians themselves that Ghana chocolate does taste differently, so they didn't bring it to me from Ghana.
