Can anyone confirm these are the ingredients please?

“Azúcar, manteca de cacao, leche desnatada en polvo, leche entera en polvo, mantequilla anhidra, emulgente: lecitina de soja.”

If so it contains butterfat, unlike most premium chocolates.

I was also looking at Chocovic’s NAYARIT 37% cacao, and the ingredients I found on the internet said “aroma” not vanilla, so if anyone can confirm this it would be a great help to me!

Thanks Kath! I’ve heard of the Jaina white with its yogurt inclusion before, and have been intrigued. I’m hoping to visit my brother some time in August so will have to add the San Churro shops to the chocolate itinerary. :)

Hannah if you visit the San Churro coffee/chocolate shops (one’s in Fitzroy and one’s in Highpoint, I know off the top of my head), they stock this range of chocolate and use it as the base for their own handmade chocolates as well.

That macaroon hamburger is adorable!
The 31% white chocolate sounds intriguing considering that most milk chocolate doesn’t have that percentage of cocoa in it nowdays.
