gjergji: If it was a mass produced chocolate, I would certainly have pointed the holes out.. but this is a handmade bar produced entirely by one person and I think it adds to the character.

Just curious ..I noticed the bubbles on the top of the chocolate (the holes on the top). Did anyone else notice? When eating chocolate, does anyone pay as much attention to how it looks as I do …or people focus mostly on flavor when it comes to chocolate?

Sounds like the chocolate for me! I love white chocolate :)
Not sure how the flavour would go with cinnamon, but I’ve had some really nice white chocolate with cardamom in it before.
