Regarding Dom’s comment above – “Barry” Callebaut is not the name of a person. Barry Callebaut is the name of a cocoa manufacturer who’s name is comprised of the names of 2 merged companies – Cacao Barry and Callebaut Chocolate. Bernard is a descendant (4th generation)of the Callebaut Chocolate family from Belgium and has operated his own company in Calgary for the past 27 years

I JUST WANTED TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT IF YOU HAVE NOT HAD BERNARD CALLEBAUT CHOCOLATES THEN YOU ARE TRULY MISSING OUT.I JUST HAD ONE OF THE FIRST CHOCOLATES MADE OF YOUTH JUICE,IT WAS AMAZING.THIS CHOCOLATE IS DELICIOUS AND NUTRICIOUS WITH THE HIGHEST ANTI-OXIDENT VALUE OF ANY OTHER CHOCOLATE EVER MADE.THANK YOU BERNARD CALLEBAUT.

I just got a mini box that had the Cinnamon Ginger in it for V-day, and I think it is one of the best boxed chocolates i have ever had. Almost reminds me of pumpkin pie spice as it leaves its impression on my palate.

Nope, I was sensible and split them over a couple of days – there’s nothing like having to write about chocolate to slow your consumption to a sensible speed…

Good review. Aside from being informative and to the point, it doesn’t dwell on the negatives, just enthuses about the good stuff. But best of all it’s made me ravenous for a Cinnamon Ginger.

(But please tell me you didn’t eat all of the chocolates in one sitting…)

I have to say, I’m a little jealous. They used to have a shop in the Phoenix area, but when I went, it was long gone. I really don’t live in the best place for chocolate. . .
