		<description>These chocolate pots sound quite tasty.  I make something similar, but I use Mexican chocolate instead of the bittersweet and top it off with a cinnamon-brown-sugar topping which is torched to make a creme brulee.  I love the idea of the white chocolate topping and shaved chocolate.  Great video.</description>
