To make this Triple Chocolate Brownie Tart you will need:
- 150g unsalted butter
- 200g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
- 120g caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 200g plain flour
- 200g white chocolate chips
- 200g milk chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 180ºC (fan assisted 160ºC). Grease a 25cm (base measurement) fluted tart tin.
Combine the butter, dark chocolate and sugar in a large saucepan and stir over a low heat until melted and well combined. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Stir in egg, flour and chocolate chips to butter mixture and mix with a wooden spoon until well combined. Pour mixture into tart tin.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until mixture is just firm to touch. Allow to cool in pan before removing from tin to slice into wedges. Enjoy!
