		<description>I have another recipe which combines melted chocolate with egg yolks. You then whisk the whites into a meringue (optional sugar) and fold the chocolate/yolk mix into the whites. It always seems to work okay. I usually &#039;feed&#039; the liqueur of choice into the mousse by making a few cocktail stick sized holes and dripping the booze in.</description>
