This chocolate cheesecake dip is oerfect with pretzels, cookies, fruit or just a spoon! To make it you will need:
- 250g cream cheese, softened
- 125g butter, softened
- 300g icing sugar
- 70g cocoa powder
- 25g brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Using an electric mixer on medium, whisk together the cream cheese and butter until well combined.
Sift half the icing sugar over the butter mixture and fold through using a spatula until combined. Return to electric mixer and mix on high speed until well combined.
Sift the remaining icing sugar, cocoa and brown sugar over the butter mixture and fold through using a spatula until combined. Return to electric mixer and mix on high speed until well combined, smooth and glossy. You can use a small amount of milk to thin your dip out if you prefer.
Transfer your chocolate dip to a serving bowl, garnish with chocolate shavings or chips if desired… Try serving with strawberries, pretzels, Kit Kats, crackers, biscuits, whatever you like really. Enjoy!
