Posted by in Chocolate Recipes on October 19 2012 | Leave A Comment

Ingredients

(Makes 12 – depending on how generous you cut the pieces!)

  • 250g plain biscuits (digestives, etc.)
  • 40g cocoa powder
  • 45g desiccated coconut (plus a bit extra for sprinkling)
  • 400g condensed milk

Method

Line a 25cm x 15cm slice tray with baking paper.

Place the biscuits into a food processor and blitz until roughly crumbed.

Place crushed biscuits, cocoa and coconut and stir until combined.

Add condensed milk to dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Pour mixture into prepared tray and smooth to edges. Sprinkle the top of the slice with extra coconut to cover and gently press into slice.

Place in fridge for 30 minutes to set. Cut into pieces and don’t eat it all at once.
