You can probably find it in his first or second book. It was on the very TV series. So about 10 or more years ago. One of those was for a big roll with eggs, cheese, basil/pesto, and similar. We make this now and again (its a favourite of the kids, and great to take on a picnic). The other was more a dessert - spread with nuts and nutella. So it was an easy stretch to take the idea and modify the filling inside. My presentation isn't as good though.
