		<description>I am in school to become a pastry chef and someday would love to have my own business.  I would also love to oneday come to your school and learn at how to really do the kind of chocolate that you do. I mean yes my school teaches us this but you could never have too much education from someone else.  I do attend the Washburne Culinary Institute.</description>
