Join organic chocolate producer Chocoholly at the shop in Hove where Holly the founder will take you through the process of making Bean to Bar chocolate. You will see how the cocoa beans are roasted, shelled, turned into smooth chocolate tempered and moulded into bars.
You will get to mix up your own flavour and take home 4 bars.
Buy two tickets and get the second one for half price.
Each class lasts 1.5 hours.
