Event: Academy of Chocolate Conference

Taking place on Friday 12th October 2012 at the close of Chocolate Week, the conference sessions will debate the issues of the world’s most precious commodity, covering cultivation and origins, processing, manufacturing and marketing. Discussion will also centre on sustainability, traceability, the environment, organic, Fair Trade and more.
